I am willing to bet you are the only CO with a molecular gastronomy kit.

That looks so cool. Could you share the website so those of us while not stuck at sea could try playing along in our rather cramped kitchens. (It's not my fault that the table is covered with drying chili's and the swift and ball winder. Or that I can't ever find a counter. the spice and microwave take up one area. The oils, stable vegs, and knives are on another. That leaves space for the bread maker, mixer, and last but certainly not least the espresso maker and coffee grinder.)
