Since when does it rain in Southern California in mid-May??? Also, it's now clear that I do not have the sense to come in from the rain. I said I was going to bike to work on the days that I don't have an aerial workout scheduled, but this is just absurd!

However, it does not often rain in SoCal this time of year!
Stay dry. Get yourself some lightweight gear so you can ride...or just figure it will not happen often!
Here in WI we have had horrendous winds and 37 degree nights! I am freezing. Ready to go back to Laredo.

Is there anywhere in the country that isn't rain-soaked?
I have a great lightweight Patagonia rain jacket, but riding in this is still kinda miserable. My next bike will have fenders.
