It took me weeks (maybe months) to get my Sailors to cal me when they see something that might be worth taking a picture or two. It took my Aunt and grandfather's Significant Other about 24 hours...
Which is how I got some pretty cool pictures of a cattle drive that went right past both houses.
The family then proceeded to be horrified that Mom and I stood in the middle of the road as the cattle came down. I blame my mother - and also didn't listen to her and went to the drainage ditch to stand. Still maybe not the smartest thing in the world, but it was a little out of the way.
a woman on a destroyer intimidated by cattle?!?
Though a little fear is not a bad thing, it is called "self preservation"!

Hey, folks, don't dis' her. I have been chased by cattle, and it is terrrrrifing. The noise alone when they are spooked and begin running will make a grown woman weep. Nice photos, btw.
