You know the hamstring stretch where you stand against a wall or smooth door, feet out from the wall just a bit, and slowly slide down, then back up again? Flexing the quads forces the hamstrings to relax.

Your photographer did a much better job this week. You really look cool up there and I don't see you failing ... you only fail if you don't try. And you are trying! How much fun is that?
