It's been another doozy of a week, but at least it was rainy enough that I didn't feel bad about being stuck inside most of the week. Except of course, when I was outside in the rain, when I would have appreciated a little bit of sunshine. Still I'm hopeful for another sunny weekend.
Actually, I really, really want a sunny weekend because bright and early tomorrow morning I will be participating in the Susan G. Komen Global Race for the Cure. (The link takes you to my donation page, just in case you're interested.) This year I'm part of a team we've called "Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, Friends" because each of us have been touched, through family, friendship or both by Breast Cancer. Normally I'd be running, but we have a couple who running is hard for (I suspect the pregnant one just doesn't want to jostle her poor bladder any more than it is already being jostled) so we're walking.
And next weekend? Trapeze lessons!
